misleading picturesobvious lie
the pictures WERE very misleading. what i saw advertised is NOT what i got. i was told floors one to four are for short stays and six to eleven are for longer stays. this detail should be somewhere on the site. I requested a better view and offered to pay but i was told they were fully booked the next day, WHAT a lie.

Really good Hospitality and Modern Comfort

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. A fully functional kitchen with ample supplies made preparing meals easy. The bathroom featured a large shower and sufficient space for toiletries. Daily coffee pod replacements for the Nespresso machine was especially convenient.
The noise from nearby clubs was noticeable at times.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and willingness to assist. Their hospitality made for a cute environment. The front desk team was always ready to help with any inquiries and requests I had. Their service was amazing!!!

The location was central for exploring the area. I also found the staff to be helpful when I had questions.
The noise levels at night were quite high. Loud music from nearby establishments made it difficult to sleep (I brought earplugs, fortunately). I think better soundproofing would greatly improve the guest experience.

The breakfast staff was genuinely awesome, they were serving with a big smile. the front desk was also helpful, and the security guys were great. I felt okay all time. i especially enjoyed the shower. It was AMAZING!!!
The windows seemed outdated. I could hear street noise well into the night.

The room had modern finishings. High technology features existed. The staff were pretty good with their service. I liked that it was close to restaurants and shopping complexes.
It was loud. I was woken up at 7am most mornings. The surrounding area did not feel safe at night.

I found the studio well-decorated with everything needed for a short stay. Clean towels and linen were provided, and the room felt spacious enough. The shower worked great. The staff proved friendly. there is a 24-hour security and reception facility.
I have to mention that a large building project took place next door. This was loud, and work continued on the weekends. It was a distraction.

The location is central, placing it within easy reach of various attractions. I could access Camps Bay, Clifton, the CBD, and Woodstock. This area offers a lot of stores, cafes, and restaurants, giving it a lively city vibe.
